Shipping Policy

Please note, we do not ship to military bases, PO Boxes, or internationally.

We kindly ask all customers to carefully review their shipping addresses before completing their orders. Our system generates labels directly from the information you provide, so accuracy is essential. If you notice any mistakes after placing your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to correct them.

To prevent misdeliveries or returned packages, we highly recommend using an address where you regularly receive mail.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees or reship orders if the package is delivered to an incorrect address or returned to our warehouse as undeliverable. If your package is returned as undeliverable according to tracking, contact us, and we’ll refund your order (minus shipping) as store credit or to your original payment method.

Same-Day Order Processing

Orders placed and confirmed by 2 PM EST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will ship the following business day. Orders marked as shipped on Saturdays, or placed on Sundays, will ship the next Monday.
