PouchBuzz Shipping & Returns Policy
While we take great care to inspect every tin of pouches before packing and shipping orders, occasional manufacturing issues may occur. Unfortunately, we are unable to perform detailed tests on each pouch before shipment due to the nature of the product.
Though rare, if you receive a defective pouch, we are here to help. Please contact us at zimopouchesonline@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will address claims on an individual basis and work toward a resolution tailored to your situation.
Damages and Issues
We ask that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused pouches within 7 days of delivery. "Unopened" means the product’s seal is intact, and it remains in its original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at zimopouchesonline@gmail.com for further instructions.
Please note, we do not offer refunds or store credit for shipping costs, and items marked as clearance are final sale.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
